Nothing on the books right now. There will be — the list hears first.

Chili oil is easy. Chili oil rendered in pork fat is not.
Pork fat rendered down slow, dried chili, and oil infused with coriander, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom and Szechuan peppercorn. The crisp settles at the bottom and the oil sits on top — stir before you spoon.
Mild. Built for flavor, not heat.
The rest of the market — coconut fat chili crisp, garlic crisp, extremely spicy chili garlic, jeow bong, and two beef jerkies. Everything cooked and jarred by hand, sold through the Tharathip shop. The bundles ship in one box instead of four.
Every Lao restaurant we can find
There are not many, and nobody has kept a list. So we keep one — national, searchable, and corrected by anyone who knows better than we do.
